We stand behind the quality of our imports. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
- Wrong item shipped or item not as described.
- Defective or damaged products (with clear photos/videos).
- Unused items in original packaging where hygiene/seals are not broken (e.g. sealed electronics accessories), subject to inspection.
Not eligible
- Change of mind after use or removal of hygiene seals.
- Damage caused after delivery or by misuse.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp (+233 550 044 228) with your order number (GLTH-XXXXXX), photos of the issue, and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund where applicable).
